Pros

Some of the smartest, skilled and passionate people work at Ontrak from building the technical infrastructure to delivering care to the members.

Cons

1. Lack of transparency leads to team distrust and wasted efforts. 2. Product strategy lacked innovation, market impact, and internal team collaboration. 3. Leadership did not invest in core competencies to maintain customers. 4. Wasteful spending. 5. Management did not leverage their staff's skills across departments. Management was in a constant 'turf battle' for people versus organizational development.

We appreciate your feedback and regret this position was not compatible with your needs. All employees are valued at Ontrak, and disappointed if your experience has led you to feel otherwise. Our leadership expectations include treating employees with dignity and respect, among other guiding principles. When that does not happen, we encourage employees to reach out to their HR Business Partner for assistance. The loss of our largest customer was a surprise and deep disappointment to everyone at Ontrak. This shift in business directly impacted our workforce and our hearts go out to each of them and to their families. We are committed to doing everything we can to support everyone at this very difficult time.

Pros

Remote position, lots of flexibility with schedule, optimistic work meetings

Cons

This company deceived its members as well as 258 employees who were unexpectadley laid off in a brief 2 minute meeting. In a week they went from "caring" about their members and employees, to having a pending lawsuit, the CEO fled the country and moved to Puerto Rico, and they laid off almost half of their employees without hardly any clarity on next steps. They hire you on and truly make it seem like they care about you and the members they serve but in a blink of an eye, that is clearly not the case. I would not walk but RUN from applying with this company. There are so many red flags and I really think this company will not be around much longer.
