Pros

Work from home is the only pro.

Cons

Horrible hours: NO work-life balance. Terrible Management: Constant change in protocol and procedures. Unrealistic metrics: **If you are hired as a RN/LPN you will NOT be working in a nursing capacity, so if you're like me and you went into nursing because it is your passion or what you were meant to do, if caring for patients is what drives you...DO NOT TAKE THIS JOB!!! This was truly the worst work environment I have ever worked in. Management is a joke and was made worse in the most recent Manager was hired.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We work hard every day to be member and employee obsessed, so we always take feedback to heart. We know it makes us a better company. Our mission is to improve the health and save the lives of as many people as possible, and we strive for excellence in service to our members. Our OnTrak program has a Net Promoter Score which ranks high among members receiving our care. The reason is due in large part, to the excellence of our Care Coaches. We are a fast growing company and expanding rapidly, which certainly promotes change. However, we ensure 4-weeks of orientation and training in addition to regular meetings and counseling sessions for our Care Coaches. We may be passionate about the delivery of care to our members, but we are similarly passionate about caring for our employees and recognizing the great work that they do every day.

Not the type of remote work you want!

Business Outlook

Pros

Remote work with all the necessary equipment provided.

Cons

Horrific micromanagement. Constant change, which is to be expected with a growing company, however, most changes come with unrealistic expectations. There are also so many changes, and at time contradictory towards previous changes, that you get the sense that even the upper management have no idea what they want or envision. As a nurse, you will feel like a salesman. Very limited to almost no training in the care coach role. Zero work life balance, do not let the idea of being at home fool you, the hours are not ideal.

Thank you for sharing your experience at Catasys. Our mission is to improve the health and save the lives of as many people as possible, and we are passionate as we strive for excellence in servicing our members. We are a growing company and expanding rapidly, which certainly promotes change. However we ensure 4-weeks of orientation and training for our Care Coaches, in addition to regular meetings and counseling sessions. We value feedback from both current and former employees and would love to learn more about your time here and how we can improve. Please feel free to contact HR to discuss anytime. We wish you the best.
