Pros

I interviewed at OpenGov and the experience was great. They have a very structured process in place, and at every step of the way, I've had people that were genuine and transparent with me. They are truly working on providing the best work culture in Gov SaaS.

Cons

Not really a con but the interview process was a little long, from the initial interview to getting a verbal offer/letter.
