Pros

I have been working at Opentext in Cork for the past 2.5 years, The Office in Cork is a nice , modern and spacious, There is a lovely feel of been part of a community while working in this office no matter what role you are in , Its like a big family. There is a wide range of opportunities in Opentext if you avail of them , gym Discounts, Volunteering leave, Education entitlements, Healthcare Cover, pension, to name a few. I certainly do enjoy coming to work here everyday.

Cons

No canteen /restaurant, or subsidized food service very small budgets for out of office social events Travelling for work, need to pay hotel costs and expense back, Should be covered in advance via company as leaves people tights and spending their own money.
