The culture is great even despite being mostly virtual with the pandemic. They make sure we have all the tools we need and try to keep morale up. I feel I can go to management anytime with anything. CEO and other Execs are transparent with what's going on in the company. Flexible time-off and ongoing benefits are nice. My colleagues are all very smart.

Colleague culture: Authentic, talented people who work hard but who also know how to have fun. Every day, even when everyone is busy, you'll find colleagues more than willing to help, collaborate, create client success. I've worked for some great state agencies and nonprofits, then moved to the corporate arena. My nonprofit experience was incredible, but the culture at Origami is somehow even better. Benefits: Very competitive, including unlimited paid time off. Salary: Very competitive. Career opportunities: Defined job families with career paths. More and more education and training available regularly. A great product!

In my 6 months with Origami I have been very impressed with the culture, especially with how it is espoused by senior leadership, starting with the CEO. Origami extends transparency, trust and respect to its employees through monthly town halls in which employees are free to ask the CEO unvetted questions, a (pre-pandemic) hybrid work model, and recent change to a flexible/unlimited PTO plan in most locations. I found compensation and benefits to be competitive, with a few surprising perks. Work-life balance is encouraged, as leadership understands building a best in class business is a marathon, not a sprint. Annual colleague surveys generate feedback that is listened to and acted upon. Jerkish behavior is not tolerated and fun is encouraged. I love coming into the office and participating in the many optional social events (happy hours, book club, volunteering, etc).

-I started during the pandemic, so I have not had a chance to experience the full in-person culture, but I already enjoy the culture so much virtually and know it will only improve. -Work loads are managed as well as they can, which promotes a relatively good work/life balance -Work location and hours are flexible -GREAT colleagues. Everyone is intelligent and hardworking.
