Pros

The benefits are great, the view is fantastic, the support is there. They really want to challenge you to do better, and you get back the amount of work you put in. Training was very helpful and engaging.

Cons

You're calling a lot of people during a 12 hour shift. You will get a lot of rejection which will bring you down.

Pros

Awesome training! You will learn a lot about yourself through this program and will be coached throughout. I swear, when you are done you will think Roosevelt Hawkins is going to fly away in a hot air balloon. Ty Jones will sharpen your skills better than any professor. Be ready to learn more about yourself in one week than you ever have before!

Cons

Seriously there is no bottle water anywhere in this place. Other than that, it is a high stakes job and you need to deliver soon. You will learn quickly whether or not you have what takes.

Pros

Care and genuine interest of how you grow as a person. Brutally honest training that will make you comfortable with being uncomfortable only making you grow more as a professional. Young environment with lots of positive energy, you cant help but feel inspired, which only gives your more motivation to shine.

Cons

None come to mind.

Pros

The biggest pro about working here is the training and attention you receive. Not only do they train you for your career, they help you become who you want to be. They break down the barrier walls we create for ourselves. If you are not looking to be a part of a company that values teamwork, constructive criticism and a work hard play hard attitude, this is not the place for you. I've been here for two weeks and they remembered my birthday and got me some sweets.

Cons

NOTHING. It's work, but it's rewarding.

Pros

Uncapped commission structure, hands on management team, young/growing company. I have been with OutboundEngine for less than a year, and have been in sales for over 5 years. As someone who has seen a lot of different environments, it's nice to work with motivated people who work hard and actually care for you/your success. It's a tough role, but it is not rocket science. 90% of the reps who tank here quit, because they have no drive and skill.

Cons

The product is simple, but tough to sell. There is a lot of training, but you have to really commit to improving and figuring it out. That means long hours. I've sold so many things, 10-12 hrs a day is not a big deal to me, because I can make $120k+ easy here. Totally worth an extra 2 hrs per day to make 3-5 times what most people make.

Pros

Excellent sales training that you will not find anywhere else. The trainers and managers are so good at what they do and the craft of cold-call selling. The environment is super laid back and the people are friendly. Oh, and the bonus is you get to grow as an individual as well.

Cons

Long hours. Be prepared to grind and if you don't, you'll sink.

Pros

Great work environment, with quality training provided. Also the support from upper management is there at your finger tips. Keep in mind you have to make an effort to ask for help too. That is another great thing about this place it is very transparent. On another note solid starting pay, great work events, spiffs galore, catered lunches, and food filled kitchen.

Cons

Sink or swim...simple as that

Pros

Great sales training and a fun environment. Full support from management to help you develop into the best you can be. Amazing benefits package and the ability to grow within the company at a rapid pace.

Cons

The hours are long and some Saturday shifts are expected. Sometimes it is hard to keep a positive attitude if you haven't closed a sale in a while. But every month is a brand new start.

Pros

I just had my one year anniversary this month (April) and it's the best company I've ever worked for. - Base pay advancement. I went from 32k base to 50k base in my first 12 months - Commission structure. (You can seriously make 3k-12k in commission every month) - Quarterly bonus. That adds up over the course of the year - Culture. I genuinely love working with so many people here. And I've built great friendships - Training. There is initial training and on-going training. You can get as much assistance as you want. - Growth. I was one of the original hires when we opened the office and there is opportunity for advancement and growing the company - Great benefits, great location, recognition, lots of office events, and lots of Spiffs. - (I've won a trip to San Diego and Seattle on the company. Thousands of dollars in cash, and more and my colleagues have won TV's, gaming systems and cash.

Cons

- Expect to work 50-55 hours first few months. It's not mandatory but I recommend it if you want to advance in your career quicker. I did that and it definitely paid off. - Our PTO is amazing but it is accrued. I wish we had set PTO days every year.
