Low Pay

Pros

*Work from home position *Set schedule * Lead is very helpful

Cons

They low ball you at hiring. After working years and becoming proficient in job role tried to ask for pay to be review. Response receive due to the company facing financial hardship request rejected and there's nothing we can do. New hires starting at $21 making more hourly than employees who have been there over 4+ years.

Great workplace, but not worth the lack of pay

Pros

management can be flexible with schedule and for the most part you work independently

Cons

The company doesn't consider the tremendous way cost of living has risen in California. This year's annual raises were pennies to the dollar. people are still getting 2018 pay in 2023. Management says it's out of their hands but new hires are getting paid more then those who are already here, and the company has no issue taking on and giving new projects to those who already have their hands full with their current projects. They decline discretionary pay raises but come to you asking to take on more work. Expect to lose those who bring value to the team simply because the company doesn't want to pay what people are truly worth.

Could be better

Pros

There CEO actually cares about his employees. This only happens IF he ever finds out there is a problem.

Cons

I'm the 2 years I worked there I saw only a tiny raise. When issues were brought up to my management I was told to do extra unpaid work to earn a raise. After bringing up that they didn't pay me enough to even have internet at home, so I could do extra work from home I was told to sit in McDonald's and use their wifi. When I said I wanted to talk to the CEO about thing asking this manner I was told no, which led to me having a meltdown at my manager and I was fired the next day.
