Pros

PFS group is a company where you can grow and learn a lot from the company. Since i have started in 2019, i can honestly say that this company cares about its employees the staff and management are all friendly and professional. This company makes you feel like family, there is always someone willing to help out when help is needed.

Cons

I know sometimes the job can get overwhelming with the calls and how busy it gets on some days during the week. We can use more hires here at PFS.

Pros

Everyone from the top down cares about the employees and there is truly an open door for anyone to come discuss anything at any level without being turned away.

Cons

It’s a busy call center environment, some have a hard time adapting, but if you can handle that setting it’s a good place to go.
