Pros

-The company is very flexible and work with you when you have a special need or need to change your schedule. - The company allows you to work from home . - The company is open to you working in different departments until you find what you are passionate for. - The company does cool raffles for concerts prior to covid. - We get food catering on holidays and special occasions. - Christmas bonus - Flexible schedules

Cons

-more transparent growth paths - more educational courses

WORSE COMPANY

Pros

co-workers are nice and the location is good.

Cons

Leaders treat you like you do not have a brain. They do not follow their own rules. Supervisors do not help, instead they just gossip. CEO puts his head in the sand and ignores what is going on. You can not believe when they say it is great during onboarding and treat people the way they do. Operations is terrible and it is known but nothing is done. Upper management is not diverse and you treat others different. You know you provide terrible insurance plans, AND YES YOU ARE A BILLING COMPANY, please just STOP LYING.
