Pros

Very professeional, pay is okay, and it's a job!

Cons

1. High insurance cheapest 89$ just for health for a individual, imagine adding dependents. 2. Stiff and ridget, blank white walls (their going for Super professional ) but it's dead in that place. 3. Doesn't encourage personality 4. No visible piercing excluding ears and no tattoos (of course most call center jobs allow minimal no offensive body art) 5. No snacks anywhere... not in training, hallway or desk and I be hungry. 6. Only natural hair colors permitted, no magentas, or greens etc. 7. It's wayyyyy to cold in the building 8. Training is not well constructed, lacking luster, no excitement - falling asleep was easy, staying warm was hard. 9. Didn't get the position I wanted

Thank you for sharing you feedback. It’s great to hear you think our environment is professional. To that end though, we do have basic regulations in place regarding personal hygiene – which is consistent with other companies in and out of our industry. We’ll look into the temperature of the building and see if we can find a happy medium when it comes to how warm or cold the office is kept. In regards to your training comments, PFS is very confident in our training methodology. We are a very high-performing company and would not be able to provide the high caliber services to our clients and their patients if it wasn’t for our thorough training. You mentioned you were falling asleep during the training, and I can only wonder if that is why you were not placed in the position you had interest in. We love rewarding and promoting our employees who put forth the hard work and dedication. If you would like to share more about your experience, please call 713.784.4410 to discuss the matter at length with CEO, Jeff Gorski. Thank you.

Pros

I did meet some nice employees, but out side of that this not pros.

Cons

Most of the employees are very nice, but you soon see that there are some Quiet Snitches all around you including installed cameras watching yourmove. The training was VERY POOR. The 3 day training was done remotely out of Houston, and most of the material had nothing to do with my job function. The person that I was assigned to on the floor for training was more interested in meeting her production than she was in training me. Health Benefits are very high, lots of employees don’t purchase it. Management is a joke. They have created an environment where the employees look like they are afraid to breath. It's a shame that when, I will call her “Ms Big Brother From Houston” lands in town, everyone feels they need to walk on egg shells. The entire atmosphere changes into a chill, from managers on down. All I can say to her is, "KARMA will take care of you", and all managers that allow this…… It’s time for management to make better changes.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your input as our North Carolina office continues its transition. To address your camera concern, PFS Group takes the safety of our employees very seriously. Cameras are located in all our offices as a safety precaution, just as they are in the majority of companies across the country and world. They are not monitored, simply recorded for after hours security of our space as well as the security of the team. As a high performing company, I am dissatisfied to hear your felt your training was inadequate. While we are focused on our clients and their patients, you should be able to feel confident in your ability to do your job. We’ll look more into this concern and ensure we address anything that hinders training. Any specifics would greatly appreciated Like most companies, members of our management team visit all PFS Group offices throughout the country. We apologize if you or anyone else feels like these visits are negative. The purpose of traveling to our satellite offices is to create an inclusive environment, consistent work flow and help our employees feel included in the company. If you would like to discuss further, please call CEO, Jeff Gorski, at 713.784.4410. Thank you.
