Pfs do not give Bonuses to employees In the Insurance Department!!!!!!!!!!!! Only to customer service..........

A learning experience for insurance follow up, billing, and collections.

Cons

They DO NOT give incentives in the Insurance Department period. ..... That is a way to get you in the door and that is it. They never discuss it after you are hired and their excuse is the owner has not sign off on it.. Thats their excuse for months...... Bonuses not happening.. The management is horrible in that department. .. They do not care. They work you to death and they do not train right. They only care about quantity not quality. It is false advertisement!!!!!! Beware!!!!!!!!!

Nothing really amazing about this company. While I was there, workers were telling me to try to find a better job and not to get stuck there. Workers also told me to "keep to myself" because any little thing can turn into something unnecessary by management.

Cons

They are super cheap with everything. The lunch room is so small. Everybody is so fake and scared to lose their job. You will get harassed for dress code by the supervisor. Even if there is nothing wrong with your clothes, they still will bother you about SOMETHING. Don't bother trying to be "nice" to people because they will stab you in the back.
