I cannot think of a single pro for this company in its current state.
Cons
This company is experiencing a mass exodus of its top talent. This is a direct reflection of the way the company is run from the top (the CEO and the other 3 partners). The CEO is driving this company into the ground almost entirely on his own. He is arrogant; the type of ‘leader’ who believes his way is the only way. He stomps on the leaders in the company, stunting their individual growth and the potential impact they can have on the organization as a whole. He is a serial time waster, constantly changing his mind and focus. Several members of the management team have left due to working on projects with him directly. The talented managers that remain are run down, depressed and stuck. (The other side of the pendulum of managers is those who seriously lack any talent and don’t leave because they probably know they can’t get a better job anyway).
