Pros

PROS has a great culture and solves a lot of interesting business problems, which I enjoy. I am on a really great team that works hard, but also knows how to draw boundaries for work/life balance. I like my job and that I've had opportunities here that I don't think I would have had elsewhere.

Cons

The biggest downside at PROS is that it's not always clear how to get promotions or how the promotion process works. And sometimes it feels like you only get promoted if you play the game and are friends with the managers who make the promotion decisions. Some teams also seem to not have the best work life balance and unrealistic expectations in some cases.

Not only do you get to work on cutting edge technology in a growing market, you get to work with wonderful and incredibly talented people. Most importantly, you feel supported with the extremely active Resource groups meant for LGBT, Women and various ethnic groups. Pay is decent, perks are amazing! Trusted time off, great leave from new parents and overall a trusting environment that you are going to be able to get your work done.

Cons

Sometimes there is just too much to do and too little time.
