      Pros

      Andres is great CEO with solid vision for the company Company has the right assets (products, science) to realize that vision Right space, right time Great people - smart, energetic

      Cons

      CFO is holding company back - very acctg focused, not visionary and up to seeped with newer, younger high-growth tech companies Sales leader does not have complete package

      Pros

      You get to to work on a lot of the latest technologies. Executives are very easy to talk to even as far up as the CEO. The culture is becoming more employee focused, with new facility upgrades and more numerous employee events.

      Cons

      Can be very unsatisfying if you are working on one of the "forgotten" products with very few customers. A few managers do not seem to care about their reports. Thankfully there are less of these as time goes by. Compensation can be very inconsistent.

      Pros

      Very intelligent and highly educated population of employees. The people are amazing and make it easy to go to work, even when your workload is insane!!!

      Cons

      The shift from a small family run company to having doubled in size in the last two years is challenging. They need to clean house of some of the "old" regime as they are struggling to move forward. Most Leaders/Managers grew up in the company so they have no ideas to contribute from external experiences. They also struggle to make decisions.
