Once respected and community-centered company is crumbling

Pros

Work from home and benefits package were solid, though the benefits outlook for the coming year is not so good.

Cons

In a few short years, the new CEO managed to completely dismantle a well respected, community-minded not for profit insurance agency that’s been around for more than 80 years. As a result, the company that many loved to work for is in rapid decline, and it is questionable whether it can remain open for the next few years. Any leaders who appeared to think critically or were well liked by employees and community partners have been fired and replaced by people who know little about the areas we serve members and appear to care even less about our communities.

Benefits package, work from home.

Cons

The new executives are driving the company into the ground. Layoffs after layoffs are killing morale. Lots of good people were let go and more will be let go due to gross mismanagement since the new CEO came in. Advice to job seekers is to avoid this place if you are looking for a stable job.
