Great company with great values. Healthcare is covered for the employee and extremely low cost for dependents.

Cons

Due to being a smaller organization, raises and market analysis is always lower that expected for salaries.

love the flex of this company. If it weren't for PS, I would not be able to support my family the way that they need me to support them.

Cons

hourly pay could be higher for those qualified ie; college degree vs those that don't have one....ongoing training etc.
