recently the entire UM/CM department has been re-structured. Change was definitely needed however, leadership gave employees only 30 days notice that flex schedules would no longer be allowed, leaving many employees with a very short amount of time to find child care. We were not given information as to what new team we would be on or what our job would entail until a week or two before the change took place as they didn’t even have a plan for where everyone would go when they made the announcement 30 days prior. The CEO preached open communication, work life balance and respect for employees however his actions and the rest of PS leaderships actions, demonstrate the exact opposite. I would caution others to avoid working for this company for the next couple years until they can get their UM/CM department figured out, unless you enjoy your work life being unpredictable, stressful and unrewarding.
