HR and CEO listen to needs of employees Values are real and people are held accountable

Cons

Medical benefits have a low premium, but high deductible. Working for an insurance company, you would expect better coverage. Pay is not keeping up with inflation. Is lower than competitors. Promotional opportunities feel limited if you do not have clinical experience.
