Pros

Lucky to be a part of an awesome team. Very good benefits (PTO, 401k, tuition, and much more) and the company is heavily involved in the community. It truly stands by its values, and that speaks a lot for the culture.

Cons

Because it's not a big company resources sometimes are a challenge.
