Pros

Really great work/life balance, company values aren't just talk, they live by them which is awesome. You get a whole lot of PTO from the start.

Cons

The company is a little tight on resources, so it's really tough to get promotions or a decent raise. Getting more staff resource on your team is really tough as well, even if you need it so you always have lots of work to do.

Culture, Pay, Benefits are or were great. Really enjoyed working with most folks there. Very supportive of Veterans.

Cons

Benefits are in decline due to company trajectory. Culture created by CEO is deteriorating due to a general lack of trust in Executive management.

The benefits are great for their employees, but that's about it.

Cons

There is not work ethic or diversity in this company. Human Resources is a joke. If you ever have an issue and call to set up an appointment with them, they ask that you communicate via email. So unprofessional. Their lack of old school training and use of vocabulary is hideous. They do not have a good approach of training staff in any of the departments. If they feel you are not a good fit they make sure to make your job miserable. They like to hire staff and push them to leave or feel unwelcome that way they don't have to pay you unemployment benefits. I seen this happen with many new hires leaving sooner than later.
