Pros

Some of the people there were really nice.

Cons

Where do I even begin? Make sure you read all these reviews and do your research. Talk to people who have worked here. I would say that the positive reviews were paid for, but I know this company is really cheap and also doesn't care, so maybe some folks actually had a good experience, however, if I could give this place a 0 I would. If you are looking for a company with any of these attributes then stay far away: -Values you as an employee and as a person - this company will say they value you, but they are empty words, you are truly a number and a producer to them, also they will hire any living, breathing person for their roles -Values your opinions and will listen to ideas for process improvements or efficiencies - have a great idea? Don't worry - no one will listen because things have always been done a certain way and that's how you do it -Pays well - not even worth going into........do your research -Has a great culture - this company doesn't know what culture is other than work, work, work -Values it's customers - customers (patients) are just a number to this company as well...they only see dollar signs in everything even though they say they treat every patient as a person. There are some employees that do, but they never last long. -Has any employee engagement - I don't even think this company knows the definition of employee engagement. Don't expect any events or anything fun. -You can grow with - only certain people are tapped to move forward. You have to be a management favorite or have an in with someone. If you are looking for a place with these things then this is the place for you: -Poor Management from the top down -A place where your physical and mental health suffers -You are micromanaged -You are not rewarded for hard work -Terrible communication about process changes and information that affects everyone -Working with people who are always miserable -A really old school, hierarchical environment that is completely dominated by old heads, not progressive -Gossipy, cliquey and doesn't care about your individual situation They also say their benefits are great - but compare to other large companies of this size. Not so much . Some may have had great experiences, but this place is soul-sucking and will beat you down to your core until you've had enough. If you are bright and have any respect for yourself, you won't be around long. They will trick you into thinking it's a fantastic opportunity, but I can guarantee you there are so many other companies out there that will treat you with much more respect, dignity and pay a lot more.

Pros

Free community brand coffee, tea bags, and hot water. Bring your own cup. Office with AC. It is a paying job.

Cons

Very low pay but just enough to keep the lawyers away. The company is endemically understaffed, so being on exempt status means you can work overtime for free, which is cheaper than hiring another person or paying overtime to non-exempt. Forget about taking off on July 4th, Black Friday, Christmas eve... When the minimum pay increase each year is combined with the increase in health insurance premiums and reduction in benefits (less coverage, higher out of pocket cost), you have a net cut in pay. The executive patrols the office to make sure people arrive early even though the databases have not updated. She also makes sure people are not on their cell phones. On the Fri before hurricane Harvey landed, nobody could leave early, even though it had already started to pour outside. She even patrols on Thanksgiving eve and Christmas eve to call out people who want to leave early. She never complains when people stay late to help the numerous emergencies that arise. HR is an events organizer--football day, sports team day, carnival, Halloween costume, December decoration contest, employee birthdays... For these company events, employees contribute food, decorations, costumes, and other expenses from their own pocket. They don't give you a company phone but want to use your personal phone for company business. Will even call you on your PTO days because they can’t (or don’t want to) read the instructions you provided 3 months ahead of time when requesting the PTO.

Pros

You can from home- but when you do, expect to pay for it with higher workload and micromanagement. Some say the benefits are good, but they actually aren’t good at all when you compare them to competitor companies benefits.

Cons

Where do I even begin? I worked at one of the HCA Medical City hospitals in the area for 5 years prior to transferring to the SSC in irving. My experience working at the actual hospital was overall good, but due to my personal circumstances at the time, I needed to be able to work remotely so I made the regrettable decision to transfer. Within less than a week I knew I had made a mistake. EVERYONE is miserable at that place. It’s literally the most depressing atmosphere ever. Then, when you go to work from home, you have to log your bathroom breaks and are micromanaged to death and given unrealistic workloads. They expect you to work super hard but the pay is awful. You get written up for everything. Your manager will most likely be a clueless recent college grad who knows less about the work than you do because of their “manager in training” program. If you don’t have a bachelors degree you won’t ever promote above entry level. I was spoken to like I was a child rather than a capable adult. I attempted to get help and advice for some issues I was having and was basically told “we don’t care.” No one stays, it’s a revolving door. It seriously sucks and it caused me literal mental anguish. I was so stressed out and unhappy when I worked there. Not at all worth it.
