Pros

-Hybrid schedule(was 3 days remote, but now is 2....probably will soon be zero days remote) -Relaxed work attire -Rather flexible with home life balance -Profit sharing

Cons

-Upper level management play favorites, especially the higher up you go. -Most management positions are given to the individuals that leaders like, not based on actual performance. -Managers will have an open door policy, yet take your personal accommodations and throw them back in your face at a later date. -Remote work applications are available, but parameters are unknown. Spouse and children with health problems(documented and details provided) apparently are not on their approved list. But yet, some were approved based on just their commute distance to the nearest office or for a new child.

Pros

Prior to 4/1 we were at 2 days work from home. We are now at 3 days WFH which as a company, they do not stand out from any other company that’s out there.

Cons

There is no dress code.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you're taking advantage of the hybrid work model - we’ve found that the ability to collaborate in person while also having flexibility works well for many of our teams. We also understand that a casual dress code might not be for everyone, but for many, it’s a way to feel comfortable and express individuality. It’s part of our commitment to creating a workplace where people can bring their authentic selves to work. At Parts Town, we strive to be more than just a place to earn a paycheck - we want to be a company people are excited to be a part of. Your feedback is valuable, and we’d love to hear more about how we can continue to improve. Feel free to reach out to us directly at hrhelp@partstown.com.
