Pros

Free food, work is alright. Coworkers were cool, employees were OK.

Cons

Started off good, but as others have said, it's all smoke and mirrors... A previous co-worker got a spinal injury and was still forced to do work that further put strain on their back. As it was an OSHA violation, I tried to call them but they said that the injured needs to call them themselves. They also cut benefits, are not very accommodating, and also are very acquisition hungry. And if you get a verbal warning, you can't transfer to another position for 90 DAYS. Way too harsh. Had to stay home and quarantine due to being in contact with someone who had Covid, and I still got a verbal. Even let them know in advance. That shows how little they care about you. They need a union YESTERDAY.

Pros

They provide lunch once a week, if whoever is in charge of it actually schedules it.

Cons

There are certain directors in parts town who do not hire and organize employees for company betterment and production. There is a director who grooms young women and will punish everyone if he does not get his way with them. They also have core values at this company that are only used to reprimand instead of promote a healthy workplace environment for all. They vote to award employees who exemplify these values, but it is just a popularity contest for the office workers.
