Pros

I worked out of the office in Little Rock AR, so I can not speak for the main office in Cincinnati Ohio. However, there is only pro that I experienced working there and that was the compensation.

Cons

Absolutely the poorest management team I have seen. I had absolutely no training but just a binder of information the owner put together. If you needed help or had questions tough because you were not going to get them. This company has no idea what it wants, there were different expectations and approaches every week. I sincerely was miserable every second I spent working there.

Pros

Schedule was great and most of the people in the office were amazing.

Cons

Not everyone is treated the same. The company is going through changes and getting rid of staff. They made a big show of having HR come around and speak with everyone trying to figure out why the employee retention rate was im the toilet. This led them to decide the best way to stop people from quitting is to fire them first. It was a great place to work and now it's a place I can't im good confidence recommend. While still having very limited PTO, the executives say people will "pto themselves out of a job." Part of why I was disciplined was missing my sales goal in October when I was off for 2 weeks to get married and have a honeymoon. The time was approved but I was still penciled for missing my sales goal.

Sales Rep

Pros

Decent pay as a director.

Cons

Downside is as a sales rep the onboarding process is terrible. They expect to throw you in the field and hardly teach you anything. You could be in a state by yourself and yet they expect you to meet goals and hardly have any training.
