Awesome coworkers in Tampa office

Cons

The company took over Outcome Health sometime last year and since then the environment has been WEIRD to say the least. Lots of turn over in the FSC dept. Red tape around everything you do.

Pros

Great benefits, amazing culture (pre-covid), and supportive teams.

Cons

Leadership does not listen, high ranked employees can do whatever they want based on status. Worker bees have to overexert themselves while others coast. Since the merger with Outcome things have become increasingly complicated and tenured people are jumping ship.

Was Once Great

Was a great company with greatly beneficial products for businesses with supportive fields/businesses of healthcare.

Cons

Was a GREAT company. Now lead with confusion. What was once the protocol was working. Someone looked to re-write success and has failed.
