Unprofessional Logistical nightmare

Pros

It’s a job in a nice area and in an attractive building. Good health insurance plan at the start of employment.

Cons

There’s no set process, nothing is organized, there are constantly grey areas and unrealistic expectations, management is never on the same page, and treat people differently based on who drinks the “koolaid” and makes them feel important verses people who want to do a good job for clients and work hard to do so and make things right. Goals are set, and forgotten about, there’s no real way to measure them, but apparently if their met, u will get a raise, but at the end of the day, they make up reasons why no one is getting a decent raise even if you did great. The longer your there, the harder you work, they find a way to have u make less...

Pros

Great place if you like to play the role of the hero and work long hours. Career growth opportunities if you can live with that.

Cons

Departmental silos that lack shared vision.

Thank you for your candid feedback. Please know that we have passed it along to our executive leadership team. As was discussed in our recent PatientPoint Accelerate Business Transformation kickoff (if not able to attend, send an email to transformation@patientpoint.com to obtain the recording), we know that PatientPoint has historically been a hero culture. In order to scale, grow and make PatientPoint the best-possible place to work we’re making a promise—with the support of our executive team and board—to produce efficiencies, drive value back to the business and drive value back to each of our teammates working on their area of the business. Our people are our greatest asset and we are on the line to adopt smarter, more efficient processes as part of our transformation. Thank you for the feedback again—you are encouraged to share your feedback directly with your manager and/or Human Resources at PatientPoint-HumanResources@patientpoint.com to continue the conversation.

Pros

Great solutions being offered by the company

Cons

Favoritism at its finest, No upper level support from management. There were people that continue to work there in sales positions that have never hit quota yet they somehow still have jobs within the company. In fact, promotions were given. Others who had consistently hit their numbers were performance managed out the door. The wages are low and what was promised when I joined the company was not what was the reality once i joined the crew. Beware....

Thanks for your feedback. Inside sales is a tough job and making revenue goal, staying upbeat through cold calling, and collaborating with others are a few of the minimum behaviors needed to do the job well. We do weekly review of sales pipeline and daily coaching for staff toward success. Our quarterly reviews of staff compensation show that our staff are on track to hit annual wage goals and we have a number of staff that will exceed new business minimum goals. Your manager and/or Human Resources welcome the opportunity to have a conversation about your concerns.
