Pros

There are absolutely no pro’s. Paycom has high reviews because in the first week of training they force everyone to write 5 star reviews and give us “goodies” for completing. These reviews are not accurate as they are WATCHING you write them

Cons

They represent themselves as a Godly company. This company has absolutely ZERO consideration for their workers and should not ruin the Christian name. I work on average 14-16 hour day - and despite being on track, we are constantly told we are not doing enough. They pay all their workers in all parts of the US the same amount despite the cost of living being much higher in other locations. This company only cares about money. You get 5 days of vacation days a year, they have extremely high turn over so we end up having to take on multiple roles when people quit. To the CEO. NUMBER ONE if you want long term success at this company you need to be realistic with your goals. You put so much money intro training us yet everyone leaves because you EXPECT people to have absolutely no lives outside of their jobs. NUMBER TWO if are a bible believing Christian, I hope you realize what a money hungry man you are. You are the epitome of a wolf in sheeps clothing and you should never speak of God if you represent him the way you live.

We demand a lot of our sales team and everyone in our organization for that matter, but those expectations are made very clear during the recruitment and onboarding processes. It’s hard work and that’s why the rewards are so great. The earning potential and opportunity to quickly grow within a company with a $6 billion market cap is truly unique and we are proud of the numerous success stories of our sales team members who truly enjoy what they do and the opportunities Paycom has afforded them. We do ask our employees to share their story on Glassdoor and offer computers to anyone wishing to do so, but we do NOT require anyone to leave a review nor do we watch, as you claim. We realize that Paycom isn’t going to be a good fit for everyone and we wish you well in your future endeavors.

Pros

There used to be so many good things about Paycom, but it’s slowly gone downhill over time. The last few months they’ve gone pedal to the metal into the flames.

Cons

Any good reviews are coming from leadership or brainwashed employees trying to balance out the real bad reviews.

Pros

Speaking for sales… if you want a constant fear of if you’ll be fired or not today, work here! If you’re in the 10 percent that actually makes it, you’ll be rich and valued. The product is nice but not an easy or affordable sale so good luck

Cons

There is so much drama and feels like high school. If you’re not in the inner circle, you don’t matter. Managers pick favorites and are the most 2 face leaders I’ve worked for. You have to play the game hard to survive. We are asked to write “positive” reviews since our ratings are quite bad. This company is not genuine
