Pros

The customers were the only pros of the job.

Cons

There is no way to move up and the coworkers treat you horrid. They're only wanting to hire "young" girls. And will inappropriately touch you.

Pros

I have worked here for over a year and have been treated very well. The team members work great together and most everyone works hard. I see a lot of unhappy employees on this site and I have something to say to them; get a new job if your not happy. It's true you have to work hard at Pilot, but this a business not a daycare. I enjoy going to work and I try to make sure we have some fun while working hard. It really all depends on the management. Attitude is everything.

Cons

Sure I would love to have more payroll, but who wouldn't? These are tough times we are in and you have to be thankful for what you have.

Pros

There is a twenty word minimum for this section, so it wouldn't accept my response of, "none." But really, this place is horrid and going downhill fast. I don't plan on being around to see the demise that is inevitable.

Cons

- General Manager tells you what you want to hear but does the opposite - Currently making $1.50 less than what I was told I would start at - Scheduled crazy swing shifts -- eight hours between the end of one and the beginning of another - Regional Manager cares about nothing even though his stores perform terribly - Co-Manager schedule averages 48 hours per week and General Manager schedules himself, on average, for 30 hours per week. - All employees have a "someone else will do it later" mentality
