Pros
The company culture is great - people feel involved and purposeful. The founders have done a great job setting it up and keeping it so. As the company is growing pretty damn fast, it's important to keep that in tact. You have relatively much autonomy over your work and the management are generally nice too. The office perks, such as free drinks and snacks, good office design and more are also a benefit.
Cons
The company is growing fast, which means growing pains – processes need to be worked out, things can go wrong, a few conflicts can arise. Every growing company experiences those symptoms, Pipedrive is no exception.
