Pros

The team is fantastic, the office is amazing and the HR team makes sure you are happy at all times. There is free snacks and drinks, gym discount, shower, bed, fun room and much more to keep you fresh. The work is also great, both on product and office setup.

Cons

Not really a con, but the majority of the top positions are now in US and managed by american people, which wouldn't be personal choice. I would prefer if the company had estonian people and living in Estonia to manage the top positions.

Senior execs and senior product managers have exceptional experience of the field (sales) and in combination with a talented tech team, great things are being built. There's also a lot of things that are yet to be worked on, the roadmap looks very solid.

Cons

Time zone difference between two offices (the one in Tallinn, Estonia and the other in Menlo Park, CA, US).

The best company to work in so far!) We have great team of hardworking, open-minded people, that are not only smart and talented, but are also nice to have a chat with. And we are building a super cool product, that was launched as a rocket and gets upgrades every day to become a large spaceship to conquer the universe!

Cons

We grow so fast, that it is getting hard to remember all new team members! Our Chief Happiness Officer (Riki) is not always present in the office.
