Quality of people - each is great at what they do Diverse team - many nationalities, English-speaking company Culture - the team knows how to have fun too and has strong common values Great product - it's loved also by the customers, which makes the job easy in many ways
Cons
Constant change - a pro and con at the same time. This environment probably seems chaotic for someone used to cushy jobs at big companies. It's exciting and fun, but stressful at times - you are fixing a rocket while it's on shooting towards the moon.
