Flexible work environment – Work at your own pace, from home or the office. Results over process – As long as you get things done, no one questions your style. Autonomy in work – You have control over what you want to focus on. No micromanagement – You're trusted to handle your work independently. Self-driven growth is supported – The company won’t push you to grow, but they will support you if you take the initiative.

Cons

Career growth feels like a lottery – Advancing beyond mid-level is unpredictable. Immature corporate processes – The recent transition to a more corporate structure has led to some poorly implemented ideas. Disconnected leadership – Some C-levels feel fake and out of touch with employees. Buzzword-driven culture – Decisions and goals are often framed in corporate jargon, and you're expected to comply as if it's a hidden KPI. Compensation could be better – It’s good, but for a company of this scale, it could be higher. Unnecessary cost-cutting – The company sometimes saves a few insignificant thousands in ways that frustrate employees, like corporate events and food.
