To your other point, we recently underwent a total reward review where we outlined what our Reward Philosophy and Strategy is, which is to be market-competitive from a total reward perspective. We conducted a whole-company benchmarking exercise using industry-recognised data to understand where each role was positioned against the market. We aim to pay within the market competitive range, and where an individual sits within that range depends upon the level of skill and competence they bring to the role.
