1) Emotional Quotient: During my time at Pipedrive, I felt that the emotional connection between the team members could be enhanced. This observation might be a reflection of my remote role which inherently comes with limited chances for interpersonal interactions. Nonetheless, fostering a sense of belonging and camaraderie, especially in remote roles, should be a priority. 2) Clear Purpose & Processes: Every thriving company needs a unifying purpose, a beacon that guides every team member. While Pipedrive is teeming with energy and ambition, a clear purpose that resonates with everyone could work wonders. Additionally, certain processes, especially concerning employee interaction, need further refinement. For instance, onboarding could be more streamlined, and there should be prompt communication about any organizational changes that might impact an employee.

Horrifically low pay. Sales reps bringing in millions for the company each year, but can't even get a six-figure salary. Competitors paying 150-200K for the same scope of work and revenue goals, I would guess that our best sales reps don't break 100K this year after salary + commissions.
