The previous reviewers that mentioned the challenges of going public hit the nail on the head. I've heard that Management is over their skis. Very short-term focus (rumored sale - slashing costs and headcount). The usual politics 10x. Was a pretty great place - a long time ago.

The company has just gone downhill since going public. The culture is toxic and inter office politics reign. Leadership, especially of Performance Services, is clueless and only wants task masters to do what they are told since leaders think they know everything. The leaders have zero experience in consulting but are arrogant enough to think they can run it without the support of people who know consulting. They have reorganized about six times in the past three years because they try something that everyone with consulting experience knows will not work and then when it doesn’t work, they try something different. Very frustrating and constantly anxious of getting laid off. There really isn’t much opportunity to move up as favoritism always wins and they hire leaders from outside rather than promote from within.
