Pros

i can’t think of one

Cons

being managed and led by alleged professionals with a technology background, however the decision making is inexplicable and constantly resulting in catastrophe. Not a single professional or leader in any management role, Literal street behavior. Constant turn over-nonstop. Beyond toxic.

Pros

I consider Princess has a fantastic product which is limited by its staff behaviours; of which I am experiencing with the company.

Cons

Open hostility towards new colleagues from Captains & Hotel General Manager's and Senior Officers. A fellow Senior Officer has mentioned that this as a form of hazing which in this day and age I would think is not only inappropriate but blatantly in conflict with company policies. These behaviours not only make you feel uncomfortable but impact on one's ability to do the job to the high standards I was used to with other companies.

Pros

Great product to sell and nice to meet and speak with new guests. Work from home, sales coaches are nice but unfortunately the cons strongly outweigh the pros.

Cons

It’s taken me some time to write this after my extremely poor experience but I feel I need to warm those considering a cvp role. I felt like a number working for this company. It is 9+ hour shifts with demands that don’t allow you to take a break to meet their expectations. They offer extremely low hourly pay (McDonald’s employees make more) and low commission for what they expect (barely 1.5% of the revenue you generate!!) East coast hours are until 7pm so it’s impossible to have a social life or family and they don’t care or work with you to change hours.. You have to be 110% every day causing extreme exhaustion, stress, anxiety burnout and lack of well being and absolutely zero work/life balance. There is an extreme lack of support and you’re left with angry customers daily to add to your stress. They offer a free cruise but it’s impossible to get approved for. Minimal vacation time and new people have no chance of getting requested days. No extra holiday time off and after they gave thanksgiving/Christmas break they advise they wont offer that this year so you can’t even spend time with family. Company does not care about heath, well being, mindfulness and just wants you to make numbers but doesn’t want to pay you for it. Extremely sad to see such a great product create such a poor work environment and make employee after employee quit. I can only imagine how much they’d save in training/hiring resources if they just focused on well being and compensated properly, they could certainly afford to!!
