You'll be overworked, underpaid, forced to deal with toxic and borderline mentally-ill leadership with the worst double-think rhetoric. People at Q2 work hard, not smart and management is so distracted by trying to make their numbers look outstanding that they block any true progress. Everyone is drowning and you'll get pulled under if you're not constantly fighting to stay above water. The turnover rate is unbelievable and the disgustingly fake diversity "initiatives" do more harm than good. Do not take a job here unless you are going to miss bills, and if you do, enter with an exit strategy. Benefits are a joke and with "your PTO" in place, management is given even more flexibility to deny you vacation. New hires are encouraged to leave next door reviews almost immediately. Intense yes-man environment.

This company is the epitome of an old boys club, and if you aren't a part of the inner-circle, you won't succeed. The lack of diversity in the company is astounding, and it's going to be the Achilles' heel for Q2. They gush about how AMAZING the culture is, but it's just a show to get people into a tech company with below average benefits. It doesn't take long to see that it's all a show.
