Pros

Its practically like being on vacation, considering they won't let you come into work half the time.

Cons

20 hours a week if you are lucky Low pay No opportunity to move up No benefits, as everyone is hired as a temporary employee for a year There are much better opportunities out there

Thank you for the review. It is unfortunately that you happen to be one of the team members that has not been assigned as much work as you wanted. We are right there with you and would definitely prefer to keep everyone working full time, all the time! That just isn’t how things work however, and we are very careful to ensure that the terms and conditions of the position you were hired for were clearly communicated in the job advertisement, during the interview process and in the job offer. I am very proud of the record that QualityLogic has for creating opportunities for our team members to grow, expand their skills and take on additional responsibility. As a point of fact, 100% of the current team Leads, Project Managers and Engineers were promoted into their current positions after being hired for a lower position. These positions are offered to those that take full advantage of the entry level positions. In these positions, they perform well, demonstrate that they are dependable and capable, and they express their desire to take on more. I do take your comments seriously and will use them to continue to make improvements in the company. As we do with all our team members, we wish you the best in your future endeavors.
