In addition to hourly wages, employees who have performed well and met their goals enjoy quarterly bonuses based directly on the profitability of the company. We also provide employees with excellent healthcare benefits, paid-time-off, and many other opportunities for growth. We also wanted to clarify that we are definitely not phasing out remote work options. QualityLogic has embraced remote working options where appropriate and will be continuing with those plans long-term. We are also evaluating what additional options we can provide for the team, based on customer and other business requirements.
