From your comments, it’s very clear to us that it’s been some considerable time since you have worked with us, and a lot has changed in that time, especially for the engineering team! In that time, we’ve grown from just a handful of engineers to 30+ and the growth continues! We have been able to do this by providing an excellent work environment that includes challenging work that our team members can get excited about, and competitive pay and benefits. It’s too bad you weren’t around to see how things have changed. Perhaps we will work together again in the future.

We’re not sure what led you to post this review now, however. We can tell that you haven’t worked with us for several years, as key details provided in your review are well out of date. QualityLogic has not had any part-time workers and has not used the reported starting wage in more than 3 years, so a lot has changed since you last worked for the company. Additionally, all team members are offered a full suite of benefits, including paid holidays, paid time off, paid sick time, as well as medical, dental, and vision insurance with the company paying a large portion of each. We’re proud to have a 100% record for promoting from within for all of our advancement positions, and we are pleased to have raised wages for top performers well beyond the entry-level salaries. It’s unfortunate you felt disappointed in your time with QualityLogic. All managers have an open-door policy and would have been happy to listen to your concerns and suggestions.
