Decent Pay , Good Learning Opportunity in some teams.

Cons

Unclear Vision, even for a start up. You dont know what you build would ship or not, would exist in near future or not. Politics : Upper management is under lot of pressure , it gets amplified and forwarded to the Employees/IC's. Subjective : This org feels lifeless and has a weird negative vibe altogether. Underwhelming promotions and appraisals, It's happening with other orgs as well, Back to office (WFO) is being mandated with attendance tracking.

Pros

The team I worked, worked pressure last year due to some big deliverables. The team was funny, smart, and very chill. Even under pressure, we find time to joke around. Dev's once sent a meme instead of a standup update. That culture really helps balance the stress.

Cons

Insurance is basic tbh. I’d pay a little more for plans that cover things like eye checkups or therapy. Also, a game room or even foosball could boost morale.
