The oxford site is full of favoritism no communication or order. Some people can get away with lying to customers others say names wrong and are crucified.

laid back environment opportunities to move up in the company management understands that we have families outside our job and that they work with you....if your having a bad day always find some one to put a smile on your face.. their values make us feel like a big family

RDI hired me when I was pretty far in my pregnancy, and they are super flexible with my appointments and extremely understanding. I honestly couldn't ask for a better employer.

Cons

Honestly, I can't even think of anything. They have treated me so well, and I am so beyond thankful.
