Extremely limited opportunities for upward advancement. Lack of knowledge at direct report level. Tend to hire managers from outside the company and industry. Leads to lack of understanding of market and building business plan and budgets.

Good team environment among field hands! Awesome benefits especially the health insurance and 3 weeks paid off every year.

Cons

No leadership from management! No one in management has in-field experience. They have no idea of what is happening on a daily basis or what it will take to get it done. Constantly overworked with little regard on what it does to employees personal life high turnover due to managment constant failures no help comes from the office in any way constantly expected to due your job without proper tools, safety equipment or enough people
