At the end of the day, you're just a number. You work doesn't matter when it's time for layoffs. Worst CRM experience. Management if only concerned about the bottom line. HIGH turn over

Pros

Paid for out of town hotel expensive and food. Made a better paycheck when working out of state for the company because of the long drive to and back to place of origin. That's it other than that.

Cons

Dealing with glorified dispatch, and management that doesn't care about the employees. Period. Pass this company up. Place you on the forced call for work on the weekends and not offer no monetary compensation for sitting at home doing nothing with your day! Don't get paid enough for dealing with this horrible place and their double standards!

Pros

They pay sales reps well and are very well known in the industry by customers. You will get many call in opportunities but there is so much more out there.

Cons

This is a company run with an operations mentality and by operations. If you are driven, care deeply about being the best, and like to win, this is not your company. Seriously, from the top down "the customer is just going to have to wait" is the accepted way of doing business. If you are an unappreciated ops manager at another rental company you should run to RFR.
