Pros

Benefits are average, vacation time, flexibility

Cons

No opportunities to advance. Nepotism. High turnover. Reported to different manager every year. Favoritism. Long term employees are disregarded and not appreciated. Team members created unprofessional gossip atmosphere that singles out people and management lacks control of. Paid holidays need to be expanded. Dress code needs serious updating. Lack of progression on large company initiatives like the new website. Departments dont work well together when collaborating on projects creating a tense us vs. them atmosphere when the company values are suppose to Be One Team. Metabolic screening is invasive. Extremely low pay doesnt meet industry standards.

Pros

Paid weekly. Other than that, there are none.

Cons

Too many to list. But here is a summary: Company is irreparably broken. Long hours, 12 hour shifts REQUIRED. Culture of animosity and backstabbing inherent to the business within and between departments. You’ll be forced to come out of your own pocket for employee incentives. Company doesn’t pay for team-building events. I’m not bitter; just glad I left when I did. Nepotism is rampant, and turnover of management is extremely high. Don’t blemish your resume with this company. It is a terrible place to work. I have never written a review of a previous employer. Even the bad ones had some redeeming characteristics. Not here. If you need a job immediately, sure, but keep looking. You don’t want to be here for long. I could really go on and on, but this company does not deserve any more of my time

Pros

Terrific associates, good associate management tools and leadership development programs.

Cons

Senior leadership is hypocritical regarding what they preach vs. what they practice. Managers are neither respected nor appreciated. Chief-level executives show little regard for the care of the management team. Operational systems and facility management are abysmal. Bring your abacus, hammer and chisel in order to operate your business!
