Pros

Some of the benefits are great. Some of the offices are really nice.

Cons

Please, please know that the negative reviews are 100% accurate - this company has been one of the worst I've experienced in my career. Work-life balance is not even a word in anyone's vocabulary - they expect you to only live to work for them and don't understand your life outside of work has any value UNLESS you are one of the chosen favorite upper management --- favoritism runs rampant and if you are not one of the select few, you will feel like an outsider and be forced to swallow extremely unfair treatment with no means of speaking out. If you think if you work hard and prove to do great work for them that they will respect and appreciate you, that's not the case unfortunately. You give until you can't give anymore, and then you're faced with reprimands for being bled dry without any hint of appreciation for what you've done for them. It's never enough. In terms of senior or upper management, the title system is a complete joke - people with the director, senior director, etc. titles would in no way shape or form be considered at that level at any other company. Most of them, you might have guessed, are the select few who were favorites and had "speedy" career paths. It might be a good environment for someone who wants to work in such a "cut throat" work environment OR who really wants to work in this industry, I can't speak for them, but for someone who is passionate about what they do and wants to make a difference, you should find a different company. All I can say is really trust the negative reviews and don't be swayed with pretty words. They have a lot of work to do to make this place tolerable.

Pros

Fast-paced: You'll never find yourself looking at the clock out of boredom.

Cons

Awful work-life balance: Working 11-12 hour days and 55-60 hours a week may become your norm, and I'm being generous with the minimum here. Toxic company culture: W2O is very picky about who they hire, but it has led to many teams being understaffed and overworked (see above). As a result employee burnout happens very fast. Group Directors are often not supportive of junior team members if burnout happens because "That's just the way it is." What's more, the CEO, under the guise of being "one of the guys," uses his natural charisma to charm younger staff members into drinking the Kool-Aid. All of this together creates a certain Stockholm Syndrome and perpetuates this client first, employee second mentality. They'll pay well, but that's how they get you. Company Events: Not only are they few and far between, they are all poorly attended due to the aforementioned work-life balance. W2O succeeds because the clients come first, at the detriment to employee happiness. Unlimited PTO: Yes, you read this right. Most people here have this listed as a pro, but I promise you it is not. While an exciting benefit theoretically, there is almost a stigma to using this at W2O. Because of this employees typically take less than the standard 2-3 weeks of PTO offered by most other companies. Additionally, many employees work while they are on vacation, because "That's just the way it is." They used to have summer Friday's, which was a much better benefit to long-term employee happiness. Gave people something to look forward to.

Pros

Having monsters in upper management tends to foster a real "we're in this together" mentality among the rank-and-file. I met many good people during my time there. Smart people who would have been running the joint if it was anywhere else. Pay is comparable to similar places. Is that a pro?

Cons

It's all pretty well covered by the other reviews here. Ignore all the lip serivce they pay to a "work-life balance." They don't care about that, but they know enough to know that you do (perhaps that's the real reason they do those workplace surveys: So they know what you want to hear). A member of upper management once told me they wouldn't hire someone that came very highly recommended because they were "clock watchers." This meant they had lives outside of work, and probably wouldn't be happy working 60 hours a week. If fact, you can go ahead and ignore any and all of the "exciting new changes and improvements" they claim make every other quarter. I went through many of those, and nothing changed.
