Pros

You get a paycheck and they have flexible hours.

Cons

-I was told that I was only able to use 8 hours of sick time in a week. Other people could use more but I couldn’t? -Customers that left positive feedback for me, I wouldn’t get to spin the wheel unless I asked my manager about it. Spinning the wheel means you get a chance to win a gift card. -Leadership team gets annoyed to easily with questions. You can hear the annoyance in their voice. The only two members of the leadership team that are helpful is Arielle and when Lori was a member. -I was told by my manager that I wouldn’t qualify for a bonus that I earned the previous month, because I was leaving the company so technically there was no way to pay me bonus that I worked for and earned. -I was put into a 401k plan that I never agreed too and now have no clue on how to get my money from it. As no one will return my calls. -They pay is too low for the amount of yelling we had to endure from realtors not being able to cancel or not getting a call back. -You will get burnt out working here because if you’re a customer care rep you are limited in what you can actually help someone with.

The situation you describe is very different from how we endeavor to treat our employees and is not what our company core values represent. Our policies and procedures are designed to not only provide the best customer experience, but also the best employee experience. As we continue to improve everyday. we appreciate your honest feedback. Janice McDill, VP, Corp Communications

Pros

Great opportunity to make money along with a great benefit package along with great training for those that need it

Cons

Crazy manager that has worked there for years and she was abusive seemed bi-polar yet didn't take medication or at least did not seem like it. She also showed favoritism by feeding business to less skilled sales reps out of pitty... Anyways a very frustrating experience since she had several complaints to HR for her behavior yet did not appear to be disciplined for her bad behavior. Left company as a result. If you are going to be a bad boss then be that and if you are going to be a good boss then be that, yet being both within a 20 min time frame over and over is confusing and frustrating Mrs Price

Pros

Great hourly and benefits. Some nice management. Very nice facility. A lot of stuff needs to change because they just lost about 30 people.

Cons

Cut out pay 10x. I wasn't here for the hourly. I was here for the commission. Try to find a new job soon because it's all going down hill. JR
