Pros
Serves people who need help. Has a good inpatient proram (Wellness Recovery Center). Many employees are dedicatted.
Cons
Director is out of touch with employees below senior management level. In some programs, disrespectful treatment of consumers is tolerated. Many managers have poor training and ability. I was seriously effected by a senior manager's unethical behavior toward consumers and an employee. I received no support from my supervisor or leadership. I spent my final year there worried every day that I would be fired without cause.
