Pros

Innovative Environment: As a GreyMatter Engineer, I’ve had the opportunity to work with advanced technologies and solve complex security challenges daily. The Greymatter platform and tools we develop are truly industry-leading. Supportive Team Culture: The team at ReliaQuest fosters collaboration, innovation, and growth. Everyone is approachable and invested in helping each other succeed. Leadership: The leadership team is transparent, approachable, and forward-thinking. They genuinely care about employees and prioritize creating a supportive and inclusive environment. Professional Growth Opportunities: RQ strongly encourages and provides resources for learning and development, offering access to training programs, certifications, and mentorship.

Cons

There aren't any significant downsides. This is a fast-paced environment and there can be busy times, but the support structure makes it manageable.

Pros

Comp, benefits, technology, team, nice office

Cons

I witnessed so much out right bullying and intimidation. We saw someone get fired over asking the CEO for softer tshirts in the employee store (when the CEO said to ask him absolutely anything). Was the question super business focused? No, but to fire someone over it is atrocious. What happened to coaching folks on a time and place? Egos and situations like the above happen left and right. There are no boundaries, and work is 24/7. Public humiliation is a part of the culture and is masked as a growth mindset. People get berated over the tiniest mistakes. The cycle of bullying and cussing at people or using them as punching bags is rampant.

We're sorry to hear about your perspective. We would never fire anyone for asking a question about T-shirts and we do not tolerate bullying. Your review is concerning to us, as it is drastically counter to the environment we have created here and the experience of our teammates. If you are willing to share more specifics so we can better understand what you've described, please reach out to feedback@reliaquest.com.

And we encourage all our teammates to continually provide their feedback through a multitude of channels so we can all get a little bit better. Sorry to hear that you did not have that experience.
