Pros

Food Food Food Food Food Food Food Food Food Food and more Food did I mention that you get free food every Friday.

Cons

A lot of people here don't want to help you and stick close to their clicks. They preach a lot of culture but not even close to keeping their word on it. After the first couple of months you will be thrown in to your doom. It's all about who you know that's the only way you move up in the company. They put on a show when you first get here but a lot of the people are not looking for you best interest. Only a hand full that actually want to see you succeed. Not a good place to start there are so many greater starting places they will mess you around. Not family oriented at all so kiss your weekends goodbye.

Pros

I came to the company from another large-sized company that had a record for it's quick and fast growing environment. Unfortunately for them, and unlike ReliaQuest, they lost their employees in the process. ReliaQuest management has constantly gone above and beyond to ensure they are taking in the full picture of the company. They have sit down lunches, one on one chats, happy hours, etc., and force the culture on one another. This type of attitude keeps those in the company happy, involved, and wanting more. There are countless times where I have shared concerns, or changes that I think would benefit an area or department, and next thing I knew they were discussed and implemented or changed. Management goes out of their way to make sure they are listening to those around them, even if it involves making some changes here and there down the road. Those within the company are unlike any I have ever met. The minute I walked through that door, I had someone down my back wanting to know who I was, what my hobbies were, my interests, etc. I had numerous reach out and take me to lunches, happy hours, dinners, so on and so forth, and tried to be my friend. The culture and those that work here, are honestly the glue within the company. The training is another area that my previous employer lacked in growth, and its a hard one to maintain when you're changing speeds every week. ReliaQuest, however, constantly challenges it's employees, training department, and leadership to focus on areas that need it the most. Together, they work to pull people from all different areas and ask that they collectively come up with a new solution or approach to something, and it works. It's then implemented, and followed -which is even crazier! Honestly, there's not much that the company lacks!

Cons

One con is the lack of interaction with some of the technical team. While there is a large group of individuals that do get together for the happy hours and lunches, there is still a significant amount that aren't included (sometimes it's due to lack of knowledge). While ReliaQuest does implement it's FYGLF (Forget Your Lunch Friday's), the company-wide social events are few between.
